I got a weird phone call today from Verizon Wireless today. Laura from Verizon called about a service in which I had disconnected back in April. She asked why I left and what they could do to offer me a better service. I told them to lift the limits and introduce a option for unlimited for around $20 - $30 more than the 5GB limit. From there she believed that there was already an option which happened to 'used' to be available when unlimited was stated but said otherwise in the contract. But, i digress, there IS a plan currently for $199 / Month for 10GB. To low of a number for the price I'm getting. For $199 a month i'd just spend another $50 and get a T3 line from speakeasy and be done with it!
Can I get a 3G store rep to confirm this plan exists, or is it simply a customer solution being offered by verizon? |

Wow, that is a crazy high price.A person could have 3 separate data card plans with a 15gig limit for cheaper than that... |

I inquired about higher limit plans also and what info they gave me was the same as you said...10 gigs for $199. I told them that didn't make sense 2x the volume for more than 3x the cost. Customer service said they didn't set the prices. Iasked to speak to whoever sets the prices and they could connect me to no one. Said they would make a notation in my account...BFD.
Does anyone offer accounts with higher limits. We're in a rural area and the best we had before was dial up. Satilite is a disaster. This seemed like a blessing until I started hitting the limit....now I'm stuck for 2 years.
