| This probably a dumb noob question, and I did a search to save myself the embarrassment but didn't see the answer. But, does the data use that sprint is capping count for uploads as well? |

very little is known for sure. 'enforcement' seems to be selective.
very likely that any limits are based on downloads and uploads. |

| I'm a Verizon customer and both the Upstream and Downstream count towards the 5GB cap. I would assume Sprint will also charge it by both up/down. |

| Yes. both directions. This also includes keep alive pings. I got booted by Verizon 15 months ago. If Sprint boots me for using too much of my "unlimited" bandwidth, I will sign on to that class-action suit like I did with the one for Verizon and then switch to Alltell. Cell service is the only method I have for doing work from home. Can't do it with dial-up or satellite. I have addressed this issue with my Congressman and suggest you do the same. |

| Can you tell me about the Verizon class action suit because I got screwed over by Verizon a few years ago too. I haven't forgotten it. |
