So I have a user at my company who went a little over his limit. Looks like its about 6 gigs from the usage log in the VZaccess manager program.
I'd say we use probably 70 Verizon Blackberries w/ phone and data plans, and 50 EVDO cards. Definitely not a huge account by any means.
What are the details of going a gig over given the circumstances? Standard letter sent by mail, or call to our account rep? Just curious how they'll handle it, if they do anything at all. |

It depends on when you signed up. If it was before March 2nd 2008 you may just get throttled on that account or nothing will happen.
If it was after March 2nd you'll get charged .49cents per meg he went over. So a GB over would be roughly $500.00
I'd just log on and check your bill online. I wouldn't poke a stick at the bee hive unless you signed up after March 2nd. |

| Verizon's Corporate Accounts have a 5 Gig limit too? I thought it was just consumer accounts. |

Well since verizon is dodging the print of "hard limits" it's hard to say what your usage will be or not be becuase they don't clearly publish it.
Safe to assume that if you go over 5gb, you're getting a hand slap or a bill. |
