4 laptops w/internal EVDO, help!! Verizon support HINTS.

My 1st post! I had a Verizon USB720 on my HP laptop. I then upgraded to a Panasonic ToughBook 30. I chose the Verizon embedded card since I already had service with them. I made one call and it was done.

I use my TB in my van 99% of the time. It is mounted in a Gamber/Johnson Magdock. I have yet to go anywhere and not have service. On my Mag Dock I have a RF pass thru for an external antenna. I hooked one up on the top of my van and it did not seem to help all that much. I used the diagnostics menu on VZ Access to determine them. On my TB I have a external antenna that pulls up about 4 inches if desired. It seems to work the best.
