Requesting Recommendations on Wireless Repeaters

Looking to extend a wireless network. Unfortunately we currently experience about 60-75' of wireless coverage in the >40% or >2 bars range. After which connectivity drops in and out. It's still less than 100' of coverage before we drop to 20% / 1 bar.

This is with the Cradlepoint MBR1000.

So, looking to hear what people have had success (and failure) with in a similar endeavor. This is within an organization, so it is closer to "business" building. Covering the whole building seems either expensive with some extenders, or very ineffective (bad reviews) with others, of the ones I have found.
