I am losing internet connectivety to my CTR350 after 1.5 to 2 days. I am accessing it remotely over the internet using Dyndns so I have to go to the location- very inconvenient- to unplug power and power back up- Works for another 1 to 2 days with the same results!
Is it possible to over amplify the signal to an aircard (using a U727 w/ Sprint)? I am using a 3 db PowerMax amplifier with the pigtail connector to the side of the modem- Getting 4 bars- was getting 1
Other thoughts or ideas why this might be happening?
Thanks, |

I think I may have discovered the answer to the signal dropping problem-Upgrading from V2.1.1 to V2.2.1- Apparently this has been a problem for others too.
Maybe someone can explain this- Why doesn't Cradlepoint support post this type of potential issue in some sort of forum?
I'm not complaining about Cradlepoint support- They are actually much better than most but it escapes me why major support issues like this are not provided to the end users. They don't even have to admit they are actual glitches but at least make us aware of others having the same problem and what they have done. |

Your making the broad assumption that this problem is widespread and that's a dangerous one.
Sure, there are going to be problems, and there are corner cases that people will see and have problems with. But why would the publish every single one of them?
Many problems are isolated to the specific setup of one or a few users, if there was a widespread problem, don't you think that 3Gstore would be all over CradlePoint to get it fixed?
If you're having issues, report it to CradlePoint, they have Chat, Phone, E-mail and Web ticketing available so you can contact them whatever way works best for you.
