EVDO at Denver Convention Center

I am planning to host a booth in the Denver Convention Center Sept 3-7th. The facilities offer slow expensive internet access - but I think EVDO with a junxionbox would be a better solution. Does anyone know if EVDO works inside the Denver Convention Center? Also, someone mentioned to me that the Vegas Convention Center blocks EVDO in the hall, is that possible?

I don't want to invest in all that unless I know it's going to work. BTW, there have been many articles recently about enhanced EVDO in Denver for the DNC next week - so that may be good for us...

I'm in Denver and I used my EVDO card in the Convention Center last year with no problems. I haven't been there lately, though.

As for blocking... ???? .... that's a new one on me.

I used my Verizon EVDO service at the Las Vegas Convention Center with out any problems. Not sure how they would block it since you can just walk to a window?
