soo frustrated! called verizon, was told that even though the box says 10.3.9 is supported, its not supported with the "new" software... so why sell it to me?! why put it on the box... anyways can dl vzaccess manager 4.0.1 from the site. so i did. then my computer can not open it- no application to support installer. please help! what application am I missing? tried to update computer with software updater but none of the updated programs are of help.

what application do you need on a mac to install access manager so I can use my card?? can I get it from apple.com?

any help is great!

Did you try installing the version of VZAccess that was included with the device?
