| I bought the cradlepoint when I was told or sold that it was easy to connect my Sprint Wireless Card. I want to set up a WAN because where my business computer is located is in the basement office with a signal of 2 bars. Where my home PC is situated is directly above me by 5 feet and I get a stronger 5 bar signal. I want to create a wireless network to my business computer downstairs to enjoy a stronger signal set up with the PC. I was told to inserted the Sierra Wireless 595U wireless card in the USB port on the 350 then connect the Cradlepoint 350 to my PC via ethernet. I would then connect to the internet via Sprint the same way but instead of a usb port on my PC by way of the ethernet connection to the cradlepoint. My Sprint connection cannot locate the Sprint Wireless Card. When I disconnected and reconnected to the internet via my Sprint Wireless 595U I tried to connect to the website involving a series of numbers and it doesn''t connect. The instructions said I could connect to that URL # to log in. Any suggestions? |

When you plug the 595U into the CP350, you no longer need to use the sprint software at all. Just connect the computer to the wireless, using the Windows Wireless connection manager. Or, if you are using a wired connection, just plug the Ethernet cable into you computer and into the router.
Does this help? |
