I have used the ctrl d to open field test on PC 5220 cards in VZaccess before but I have a few that will not open field test says "feature not supported"
I need to program these cards and and I am stumped - I can not manually enter the PRL without being able to access the Manual activation in the ctrl d area. Someone please help me.

Are you trying to do this while connected? If so disconnect first. I hope it''s that simple because that is about the extent of what I have learned about VZW in the last cpl weeks.
