I just got my bill for jul 2 and august 2 and it does not say how much ive used on my bill but it does show it on the website and it says ive used well over 11gigabytes. I have not been charged any overage fee's. Has anyone been charged fee's?

Hi there....

I think there are some variables that matter here - so all answers to your question may not be created equal.

Here are some of the things that may make a difference in how our bills look, and how much we're charged, and if a specific account survives going over the 5 GB.

So as this thread develops, maybe it would help to include the following:

Was the account new since 7/13/08?
Is it a business account?
Did you receive the notice of change of TOS on your bill in May or June?
What market are you in?

As for me,

My account is old, it's a business account, Denver market (Cricket here has just launched $35 broadband), and I was not noticed of any changes (yet).

That said, my July bill still says "unlimited", but the last page shows "KB/Events in Plan" and there is now a number in there - where before it was blank.

mine is not a business account and ive had my account for several months before the limit was even rumored to go into affect. And yes i recieved a notice of the 5g limit in my last bill.

I got my bill for July 4 to August 3 yesterday and it still says unlimited. Ive never gotten a notice of any cap directly from Sprint. The only reason I know about the 5GB Cap is this forum and others like it.
