Playing the CSR roulette game has been absolutely draining. I had the similar experience as the original poster -- rep refused to cancel account without applying ETF. Asked to speak to manager. Manager was less professional than the first contact. Spoke over me, didn't acknowledge anything I was saying. Didn't even accept (maybe didn't even know?) that the T&C had changed or that a 5GB cap was/is applied. Refused to let me speak to his manager so after my hour long phone call I decided to try again another day.

Anybody figure out a certain method of canceling their accounts without the $200 ETF? I'm still within my 30 day notice period.

I think ya just gotta spin the wheel again, babe.

When I called in, I was told I could cancel anytime before 9/11 and avoid ETF.

So far, I'm staying put. I want the service and I want to see what changes they institute over the next couple of months.

Limbo, this is only a 18 message thread and it, plus the links to which it refers you, lays it out clearly. You need to do a little work yourself... like read the thread and send the email.
