I have a MB6800 that works flawlessly (most of the time) on my Sprint 720 card but I just ordered a 4mb connection from WOW (Wide Open West) so I could quickly replace several hundred GB of downloads I lost when a hard drive crashed.

The problem is:

I can't connect through the MB6800 using the WAN connection even though I'm getting a green light and it's status is showing as UP as "WAN interface#1 Ethernet WAN". I was able to ping but only once to an IP address and not a domain name so that leads me to believe that perhaps the DHCP DNS may not be setting itself up properly. There is only one checkbox to enable "DHCP Internet Access" and no other setup options whatsoever for the 6800 in the "Internet Access/DHCP" area of the configuration screen.

Anybody have any idea what I'm missing? It's driving me crazy!
