so far, the only decent information appears to be this:

ah, but don't you believe it, because in a later post there was this:

You're right. I've never dealt with a company this arrogant before in my life. They change the terms of the contract midstream and basically say "if you don't like it there's the door." It's ridiculous. I can't use it for what I need to do anymore. I have a 400 megabyte video I need to send my daughter. I can't email it to her until I get home in two weeks. My only other option is burning on a cd and snail mailing it to her. |
